Together\, we will listen to interviews\, podcasts\, or lectures featuring individuals who have experienced a Near-Death Experience (NDE)\, spiritual awakening\, or who share insights related to personal growth\, self-help\, and spiritual exploration. \nWhile listening\, participants will create yarn wrapped hearts or color mandala-style coloring pages\, allowing the hands to stay engaged while the mind opens to new ideas.  \nThis class is designed for the spiritually curious: those who enjoy exploring a wide variety of perspectives\, experiences\, and belief systems with an open mind and a respectful heart.
